A montage of images taken from facilitating workshops with women who have lived experiences of endometriosis from 2023 to 2025.

Many people do not know about endometriosis, and there is limited support for women affected by it, both in medical care and holistic approaches. Engaging in creative activities can help women feel better by reducing feelings of isolation. Using textiles can distract from their symptoms and allow them to be more productive, leading to a sense of achievement. Through creative evaluation, the project was able to evaluate the aims of achieving a positive affect on participants wellbeing.
